Level 3 Instructors are not simply teachers. They are the only individuals authorized to conduct Becoming Whole private sessions professionally. The Level 3 Instructor training program is actually two programs in one. Candidates are prepared to teach the Level 3 workshop and also to facilitate clients through the Level 3 techniques in private sessions.

Why is this necessary?

Becoming Whole private sessions require a different kind of training because the facilitation needed is not simply hands-on or distant healing. A deeper level of understanding of Level 3 is essential. It is especially important to know how to support Level 3 students and clients while staying within the scope of practice approved by Quantum-Touch. This is key. Level 3 Instructors are energy healing professionals, not mental health professionals. This means that L3 Instructors are coaches skilled in helping their clients move themselves through the 7-step self-help process of Becoming Whole. The Level 3 training program is designed to emphasize these important differences.

Step-by-Step Level 3 Instructor Certification Requirements

Step 1: Successfully complete four Level 3 Workshops

It is highly encouraged that at least two of these classes be in-person workshops.

Step 2: Become certified as a Level 1 Instructor

Level 3 Candidates must already be teaching Level 1 Quantum-Touch successfully. This means that they are:

• Certified by Quantum-Touch, Inc., to teach Level 1 and in good standing with Quantum-Touch, Inc.
• Practicing Quantum-Touch professionally
• Using Quantum-Touch routinely in daily life.

 

Step 3: Teach a minimum of ten (10) Quantum-Touch Level 1 workshops

Teaching a minimum of ten Level 1 workshops ensures that future Level 3 Instructors have a firm grasp of the principles and practices of Quantum-Touch Level 1 and its importance as a foundation for all Quantum-Touch techniques. It also means that future Level 3 Instructors are experienced in facilitating Quantum-Touch workshops.

Step 4: Attend a minimum of fifteen (15) Level 3 Practice Circles

Level 3 Practice Circles are for students who have attended L3 workshops and who agree to meet every two or three weeks to discuss, role play, and practice Level 3 techniques. These practice circles are always facilitated by a Level 3 Instructor. The real benefit of Level 3 occurs when individuals look deeper at their life, from a Becoming Whole perspective: seeing the Inner Healer’s sign language everywhere, including relationships, health, finances, and all aspects of life.

Step 5: Complete the Level 3 Online Application Form

Your application will be reviewed by Quantum-Touch, Inc. and you will have 18 months after submitting your application to complete the Level 3 Instructor certification process.

Step 6: Pay the $200 USD Application Fee

 

Step 7: Complete the Level 3 Instructor Candidate Interview.

Our Level 3 Trainers are a group of highly experienced and successful Level 3 Certified Instructors worldwide who have been approved by Quantum-Touch, Inc. to support you in your goal of becoming a Level 3 Instructor. After your Level 3 Instructor Application is approved, schedule and complete the one-hour interview with your Level 3 trainer. After the interview, Quantum-Touch, Inc will notify you whether or not you are ready to proceed with Level 3 Instructor training.

Step 8: Complete the Level 3 Instructor Training Class

The Level 3 Instructor Training Class is approximately 6 hours of detailed content reviewing the curriculum of the Level 3 workshop (online or in-person). It includes working with the Level 3 Instructor Manual, the L3 Student Manual, sample Scripts for Discovery, and role play. Also included: L3 logistical requirements (commissions, policies, procedures, etc.) and monitoring student practice sessions in class. L3 protocols for conducting the two types of Becoming Whole healing sessions are explained in detail (with Guidelines for Conducting Sessions, liability waivers, intake forms, role play and practice).

Step 9: Observe a Five-Hour Level 3 Private Healing Session Conducted by Your L3 Trainer

A full Level 3 private session is actually 5 hours, separated into three meetings: 2 hours for the first meeting, 2 hours for the second meeting, and a final 1 hour follow-up. These segments are spaced apart to give the client time to process privately. Candidate observes an actual L3 five-hour private session conducted by the L3 trainer, followed by a confidential debrief with L3 Trainer. The client in these observed sessions are usually volunteers from L3 Practice Circles or other L3 classes.

Step 10: Conduct a Five-Hour Level 3 Private Healing Session Monitored by Your Level 3 Trainer

Candidate conducts all five hours while Trainer observes and steps in if needed. Client completes an evaluation form at the end of the final meeting and sends to the Trainer.

Step 11: Conduct a Solo Five-Hour Level 3 Private Healing Session

Both Candidate and Client complete an evaluation form at the end of the final meeting and send to the Trainer.

Step 12: Practice Teaching During a  Level 3 Workshop

Now that you have honed your curriculum knowledge and session facilitation skills, it is time to put these two together as you practice teach. Simply enroll in an upcoming Level 3 class your Trainer conducts (register as a repeat student paying 50% of the full registration price). During the workshop, you will be asked to teach certain curriculum topics. You will also assist in monitoring class practice sessions, answering questions, etc.

Step 13: Final 1 Hour Assessment with Trainer

The Trainer reviews evaluations from all private sessions, instructor class, and practice teaching steps and discusses your sense of readiness to become certified. Your trainer will complete a final evaluation form and send it to Quantum-Touch, Inc. Quantum-Touch Inc. staff will review all evaluations and decide on certification status.

Step 14: Sign the Level 3 Instructor Agreement

After you complete steps 1-13 successfully, Quantum-Touch, Inc will send you the Quantum-Touch Level 3 Practitioner and Instructor Agreement to review and sign. After signing the agreement, you can begin your journey as a Level 3 instructor!
