Toning involves singing a tone out loud or in your mind. When you’re doing Quantum-Touch work, you can amplify the intensity of the work by toning mentally or out loud. Since toning out loud may seem strange or socially out of place to many people and may even scare others, it is good to know that toning mentally can work just as well as doing it out loud.

Try closing your hand lightly and start running energy into your hand. Once you get a strong feeling of the energy, try singing a tone out loud. Pay close attention and notice how the energy in your hands has shifted. Now try toning different notes. You can sing a series of higher notes and see which one has the strongest vibration in your hands.

Once you get accustomed to toning out loud, try doing it silently. Mentally tone various notes and pay close attention to the sensations in your hands. Most people will notice that certain mental tones will cause more sensation and certain other tones will produce less sensation.
